Marinated Asiago Spread
Use as a topping for your pasta: Our Marinated Asiago Spread is the perfect accompaniment for well, just about everything!
It's blend of aged Asiago and Parmesan in a marinade of Italian olive oil, heirloom garlic, and Calabrian chiles. One of our favorite way to enjoy it is with pasta. Once you have prepared your pasta the fun part is deciding how to dress it. A quick favorite is orecchiette pasta with spinach, sautéed tomatoes and onions, followed by a healthy dollop of the Marinated Asiago spread! You could also skip the red sauce and toss your pasta with our Asiago spread and add your favorite vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini). Let us know what your favorite pasta toppings are!
Garlic Bread: Here is a recipe for the easiest and tastiest garlic bread that will have everyone asking for more. Toast your bread of choice under the broiler. Take out the bread when it is light golden in color. Brush bread with the Marinated Asiago Spread and return to the broiler for 30 seconds or until you see that the cheese has melted. And there you have it, a delicious accompaniment for dinner!
Southern Pimiento Spread
One of our go to recipes for our Southern Pimiento Spread is a grilled cheese sandwich. The epitome of comfort food. Start by preheating your pan over medium heat. Next, butter one side side of each slice of bread. Spread the Southern Pimento spread onto the non-buttered side of your bread. Add a slice or two of your favorite cheese and sandwich toppings (We're partial to tomato, aged Cheddar, and bacon). Top your slices and make sure the buttered sides are facing out. Place the sandwiches onto then pan. When the bottom side is golden brown (about 3 minutes) flip the sandwiches. Once both sides are golden brown you are ready to enjoy your grilled cheese sandwich! Keep it simple or add a topping-either way you are in for a treat!
Blue Cheese Walnut Spread
Looking for a quick and delicious appetizer? Crostini are easy to make and they offer you an endless variety of pairings. Try using our Blue Cheese Walnut spread. Start off by heating your oven to 350 degrees. Slice your baguette about 1/4 inch thick and place on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt.
Bake until your bread starts to become golden in color and is crisp. Once your bread has cooled spread about a teaspoon of the spread on the bread. Get creative with toppings! Fresh figs and prosciutto, caramelized onions, or drizzle with a little honey. All that’s left is to serve and enjoy!
